Many happy memories of playing in JBs house with Rose , JB accommodating all our games. JB was one of a kind.

So sorry to hear of Mrs Burkes passing from the day our family all met Joan something clicked. she was so inviting kind and always wanting to help others. We will never forget the day she handed over her old kia estate keys to my dad and told him to look after it for her for another few years all because the day he first saw it he fell in love with it. My dad placed flowers at her door to say thank you to her every chance he got until he unfortunately had to stop as someone started taking them 💓with permission we will place our last bunch of flowers on your final resting place 💓 may you rest in peace Mrs Burke💓💓

I once bought some art deco leather chairs in London. Joan “knew a fella” who shipped. 50 quid. They promptly arrived off the back of a 40 foot container of bananas.

They were great friend's. Always kind and Generous..at one time gave me a loan of a beautiful outfit for awinter wedding..complete with magnificent fur hat...
