Timmy just to say that i only know you from attending a short 'Cert Course' in the Zetland hotel many, many years ago. Wondering if you still have your Certificate to remember the Good Old Days in Cashel when we as a group were starting out in life learning the tricks of the trade.
How to pull a seriously good "Pint" and serve some "Good Fancy Food And Wine" My good god where do the years go Tim.
