Mam Joan was such a lovely lady and a very good neighbour to us,we had many a great chat across our balconies about Rugby and soccer particularly Sunderland FC reminiscing about the days when your late Father played for them.It was a great privilege to have known Joan and she will be sadly missed by us and lots more neighbours in Pebble Beach.
