Sad to hear about Joan's passing, i worked a summer with her in Best's boutique almost 50 years ago as a Loreto student.She was such a lovely lady and great fun.She was a huge Neil Diamond fan and played his L.P.every day in the shop,great times.Deepest sympathy to all the Kennedy family on their loss.Rest in peace Joan.

I will always remember Aunty Joan for her kindness, love, positivity & sense of humour.
Whether it was as child visiting Ireland or her visiting London, Aunty Joan always brought the craic..her sense of humour & laughter were so iconic whilst telling us of stories of current affairs or tales of her travels & shenanigans of time gone by.

I am grateful I did spend time with her a few years ago & she met my lovely wife Kathryn who hit it off as if they’d know each other for years.
I do wished I had seen more of her in recent years but she is now at rest with her brother & sisters enjoying the craic together with her mum & dad.

We were so sorry to learn of the Death of our great friend & neighbour Joan. My she Rest in Eternal Peace with all her immediate family who have gone before her. Our sincere Condolences to all the Kennedy Family especially Jimmy & Rory. We will always remember her lovely smile as she waved up to us from her front gate. Another good neighbour gone to her Rest.🙏💔.
