I met Joan many years ago when I worked in a local bookshop.She was such an interesting lady,and told me lots of stories of her time in America.I met her again after Covid in the Friary,and we promised we would meet some tues after mass and go for coffee,alas we never did.So very sorry to hear of her passing.Deepest condolences to her husband and family.It was my pleasure to have known her.Rip Joan.
