My parents and Dan and Joan were good friends. I accompanied dad on many visits with them at Larkins in GarryKenedy and their home on many occasions. Music was always the order of the day and much fun always. I remember Joan very well who was always kind to me from childhood through adulthood. She was a formidable woman and will be missed in this world.
Dan, Joan and my parents travelled to New York together and from all accounts they had a great journey! I think it was in 1957.

Together with Dan Senior your parents are part of great childhood memories for us, of seemingly endless Summer days in Garrykennedy when we trooped into Larkins for an ice cream after a day on the lake!
