Sincerest sympathies on the loss of Joan to the McGlinchey family and her lifelong Dungannon friends. Great memories of working and partying with Joan in Baggot St in the early 2000s and again in Group Treasury in later years. Joan was the epitome of a professional, always gentle, calm and kind in sharing her wisdom. I am so sorry for your enormous loss.
Very saddened to learn of Joan’s passing. Her characteristic optimism shone through even in her recent messages. I have such fond memories of Joan from our time in Bank of Ireland — a fantastic colleague, capable, professional and kind, with a smile that lifted everyone. Deepest sympathies to her mother Dympna, sister Catherine, brothers Malachy and Michael, and all her wider family and friends. May she rest in peace.
