I spent lots of my early years in and around Robbie's house. I consider myself lucky to have spent so much time around Joan as I was growing up. What an incredibly lovely person she was.

Very sorry to hear of Joan's passing. Joan was a lovely auntie to me. I was always delighted, as a child, when our weekend visits to our much loved nana (Tiny) in Dun Laoghaire coincided with a visit from Joan, Matt, and Robert. I have a lot of admiration for Joan and will remember her with affection. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam.
