To all of the Mulligan and Fogarty family, so sorry to read this morning of the passing of your beloved Joan.
I met Joan down In Roche’s hairdresser’s I was a barber that worked downstairs at the time. I spent my lunch time upstairs with my lovely workmates and their lovely customers. One of those customers was Joan, she was so much fun and the laughter we shared was hilarious. I’ll always remember her for that, plus the love she had for her family. She spoke of the love and pride she held for all of you. The excitement she shared with us when herself and Neil was heading over to South Africa to see her daughter and her grandchildren or when they were coming home to see her.
May you rest peacefully Joan , you are going to be missed so much by all who knew you.
