I was shocked and saddened to hear of Joan’s passing may her kind and gentle soul rest in peace I have fond memories of Joan going back to the days of SCOPE and more recently out and about especially in Tramore she always had time for a chat thinking of Paddy Barry and your extended family at this very sad and difficult time mind each other x

It is with great sadness we heard of Joan’s death. Remembering Joan and the Hodgers family,when we all lived in Costelloes Lane. Joan was always a pleasure to meet, and to reminisce with about the families and the deceased former neighbours, but especially her deceased parents Jimmy and Stasia, and our late mother May who was Joan’s Godmother.
