Dear lovely cousins , Joan's children and all the extended family and numerous close friends I'm sure Joan had. I can hardly find the words to tell you how very saddened i was to hear of the passing of such a beautiful and gentle woman although i will always think of her as a girl. I only have the fondest memories of her from our childhoods up to the last time I met her. Your grief must be immeasurable and I will say a very big prayer that somewhere you will all find the strength to get though these very difficult days. We can only hope that she is with your Mum,Dad and your very lovable and charismatic brother Liam. So sorry to hear of the passing of Joan, my lovely cousin. We had such lovely times when we were children, visiting you on Tolka Road and when the family came to visit us on Carleton Rd.
The last time I spoke to Joan was in Beaumont when I was visiting my late husband (Noel) she was always such a kind and loving person.
