Very sad to read of Joan's death. I have great memories of this lovely lady, with husband Jimmy and family, living in Tallaght. Joan was a founder member of Tallaght Choral Society, singing in many performances in '70's.

I was so saddened to hear of Aunty Joan’s Passing on St.Patricks Day , I have fond memories of her ,and her warm smile ,she was a true Lady and will be missed by many 💙sorry I never got to the funeral but she was very much in my thoughts , thinking of you all at this sad and difficult time .

Sincere sympathy to all Joan’s family and friends. We learned of her death too late to attend her funeral, to our regret. We both sang with Joan in Lismore Choir and have many happy memories of being in her company over those years, and later in Conna when we had opportunities to sing together again. Her beautiful smile and sense of humour brightened every encounter. Rest in Peace, Joan.

So very sorry to hear Auntie Joan has passed away. So many fond memories from the time in Tallaght. Joan and Jimmy were my godparents and will always have a place in my heart. So very sorry I am unable to attend in person. My sympathies and condolences to all the family.
