I was so sad to hear about Joan’s death. I have many happy memories of working with Joan on MDU. She was a lady. We had so many chats and laughs over my time on MDU. She will never be forgotten . Condolences to all of her family .

The world has lost an amazing woman. Joan was one of the first to welcome us to the neighbourhood and never failed to check in on us. She’d be out washing her car and tending to her garden in all weather and nab you for a ‘quick’ chat and a laugh. I’ll miss her stories and adventures she used to share. She was a remarkable woman.
