I had the pleasure of working with Joe on all the concrete plants that CQEMS built for Kilsaran Concrete. Always a gentleman to deal with and always wanted another site measurement taken to be sure that everything was going to fit . It always did , and he always managed to fit a cement screw through a gap that no body else saw.
