He was a larger than life figure who has been part of so many of Alan's school friends lives since we were just 8 years old - from our first rugby coach through to becoming a constant in our social lives through the years. Lovely Joe, what a tremendous loss. We have the fondest memories of great trips away, bbqs and parties in Clonskeagh with Joe and our dad keeping everyone well lubricated and entertained. He never failed to have us all in stitches with his wry intelligent wit. A truly fun and funny man, he will be missed.
