Only just heard today of the sudden passing of Joe. Shocked and saddened to hear such tragic news. Joe was an utter gentleman and always had a smile on his face and friendly banter when he came into the Traffic Division Office in Albert Quay. Heartfelt condolences and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time. May He Rest In Peace.
I met Joe only a handful of times and can honestly say he was and is a complete gentleman ,which is so strongly portrayed in the three boys he reared with his devoted and loving wife, it's heart breaking for me so I can't imagine how difficult it must be for the whole family, but stick together and stay strong for one another and sometime in the future the pain will start to ease, stay strong and always remember the happy times that ye all shared with a great father , husband.
Dear Rose and Kate, Kieran, Robert and Eoin,
We are truly, truly sorry to hear of Joe's sudden and untimely passing. Even though unfortunately, we never got the chance to speak with Joe ourselves, other than Ryan of course, all we have heard about Joe, speaks monuments about a great husband, a loving dad and a really really nice man and friend to all who had the pleasure and luck to know and love him. Ryan speaks so highly and lovingly of him, even though he only knew him for a very short time.
God bless you all and our hearts are with you all during this very tough and lonely time for each of you.
we are so so sorry!
