Yes Joe was an excellent person as Chairperson of North Louth Area Forum, very easy to work with and listened to every members concerned with much sympathy. My deepest sympathy to Geraldine and all the family. I pray God will give you strength to carry on. May Joe Rest in Peace in Heaven. Amen.
