Joe was a great character, always full of chat about his Christmas tree business and his earlier career as a chef in Bray and Woodenbridge. I looked forward to calling to the yard at Christmas for a catch up and a few top quality trees. He will be sadly missed, deepest sympathies to Kyle, Jack and the Hamilton family.
