Condolences to Chrissie, the Devine family and friends on the sad passing of Joe 🙏. In my volunteer work I had the privilege to work with Joe on the RCS community garden, Seaview soccer and St Mogues Ladies GAA. In all cases Joe had worth of knowledge, he gave inspiration and encouragement to the youth and they respected him for it. He was a very talented man his music, the spoons and making his leather items. He will b sadly missed with in the community and wider field. RIP Joe 🙏 🙏🙏

Joe coached my soccer team Greenfield park from under 13 to under 17 to deal with a group of teenage messers he must have had the patience of a saint. I had the pleasure of meeting him again as an adult when I ended up working with in Arbour Hill where I found him to be the same hepful person who would do no harm to anyone. May he rest in peace

I was so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I worked with him for many years in Arbour Hill. We had many a good weekend spent in Gerry Ryan's in Kildare on the Cowboy weekends as we attended the Curragh races all decked out. May Joe Rest in Peace.
