I have so many fond memories of my Uncle Joe. As a young boy in my Grans watching in wonder as he drew one of his beloved motorbikes. The Che Guevara and Easy Rider posters on his bedroom wall. Him playing his guitar and his precious Rory Gallagher records. He was more like a big brother than an uncle. RIP Uncle Joe, thanks for the Memories. My deepest condolences to Jean, Donna, Kelley, Ciara, Jake, Eric, Steven, Kai and of course Lola on the very sad passing of my Uncle Joe.
Years have since passed but I hold many happy and treasured memories of pillow fights and sitting listening to him singing while playing his guitar (especially the songs my mum didn't want him to teach us!).
He was one of a kind, a very special man with a wonderful sense of humour.
