We are very sorry and sad to hear of Joe's passing. I met Joe for the first time in the mid 1970's when I rented the basement to him in Mallow Street for his Cut & Curl Hair Salon. Joe and I have been friends since then, he was a lovely Person and I always enjoyed our chats and may he rest in peace. (Carlo)

I have known Joe for many years and recently more so in PO lane, and always enjoyed our chats together and it was always nice to hear his soft Dublin accent as I have Dublin roots myself. (Anne)
