I first met joe at leixlip water works over 40years ago .we would have many different ways to solve our problems , but i have to say joe was always a very fair and good man . We always got on well and were good friends even after my retirement 15 years ago .I am so sorry for your loss. May the lord have mercy on his gentle soul.

Sincerest condolences to Joe’s family. I shared many HR experiences and platforms with Joe and he was always the source of detailed histories of precedents, cases, outcomes and advice. Most of all he always had a story to be told to match the occasion, delivered with humour, timing and a dab of sarcasm.
