A true gent, remember great chats with Joe in Clancy when he moved there from Cathal Brugha. Took some time to settle in, but he eventually did! Stayed till it closed then out to Baldonnell for his final years in uniform. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam. RIP Joe.

Rest in Peace Joe, he spent his final years with the Air Corps. When Joe retired he always sent me Easter & Christmas Cards for the Air Corps.
