Sincere condolences to the Sinclair family on the loss of Joe. Many happy memories of working with Joe from 1972 to 1980 in the Pigs and Bacon Commission where he was the best of colleagues and friends. One black mark against him - he introduced me to the game of golf and I have been struggling ever since ! Our annual week-end trips to Longford to take on Hanleys Bacon Factory and the nights in the Longford Arms. Happy days Joe and thank you for all your support during our PBC days.
