Anne Marie, & all the family, I am deeply saddened by the loss of John..only heard the news now! John was one of the sweetest, kindest man I know & he will be very much missed. Sincere. sympathies.

To Ana Marie, Cristina, Jack, Jim, Mark and families - it is so hard to believe that such a wonderful man as John has left us. John and Ana Marie, as great friends of our parents, have always been a part of our lives since we were toddlers, and "uncle" John was a constant source of fun and entertainment to all. Our huge, heartfelt sympathies to you all - he will be greatly and lovingly missed.

Our sincerest condolences to the Arigho family.I spent all my school years in Pres Glasthule with John & enjoyed our times together on the schools rugby teams.He was a great athlete and grew to be a fine gentleman.It was only in the last few years since we opened our office in Dun Laoghaire, that Denise & I had the pleasure in meeting him again from time to time. Always a pleasure to spend some time with,Rest in peace John.

I was not aware of John's passing until today.,and am deeply sorry to hear this news.
We would meet in passing often and would always feel better for being in his company.
As one old rugby soldier to another ,may you rest in eternal peace.

I have been privileged to know John from our earliest school days in S H Monkstown. John was one of the best , i never heard anyone speak ill of him because there was no ill to speak.

Lots of people are called gentleman but John was a true gentleman. Loving sincere and a great man and mentor to me. Rest in peace my friend.
