It was with great sadness that I learnt of the passing of my very kind cousin, John.
My deepest sympathy to Fiona, Christopher, Críona, Máire and Claire.
May his gentle soul rest in peace.
Sincere condolences to Críona, Christopher, Fiona, and to Maura and Claire. I have fond old memories of Curragower and going onto the river with John in his boat which he moored at the end of his garden. Later, when he went to sea, he would always visit us when he could - recounting his adventures in places we could only imagine. John was a gentle, generous and warm-hearted man. May he rest in peace.
Sending condolences and prayers. I have great memories of growing up with John.

I remember when I was very young visiting Uncle Kevin and Auntie Annie in Newgate Lane. Whenever we visited John always had time for me and brought me down the back garden near the Shannon River. I have lovely memories of traveling out to Ballyhahill at Christmas time where John entertained us with a beautiful meal. John was what one would call a good, nice man who made time for others.
