Pat Shane Denise and Orla, I’m so sorry to hear the passing of John. I had a lot of respect for John and loved working with you all. Killarney Bakeries was my 1st full time job and I have to say I have very happy memories from there. I was very young when I started there, only about a year or so older than Shane at the time and John always looked after me. RIP John.

Deeply saddened to hear of John’s passing. I (and my sister Treasa) had the upmost pleasure of working with John, for a number of years, at the racecourse. He was such a genuine, caring, helpful, thoughtful man; a man who would go out of his way to help anyone, or if he couldn’t himself, he knew someone that would. And if he was recommending someone, you knew they were worthy of his word.
