Our thoughts and prayers have been with the Cannon family since we got the message that Fr. Michael had to return home. Despite our Faith allowing us to know that our loved ones are enjoying eternal life in Gods care, it’s still so hard for those of us still here. Our prayers are now that you find peace in knowing that your parents love will continue to shine through each of you. We only know Fr. Michael personally but we’ve had the opportunity to hear a little bit about all of you, and he’s blessed to have such a wonderful family! We only visit Florida for an extended visit each year, but feel very blessed that God sent us to St. Michael’s for mass, to meet Fr. Michael. And ending with a smile, this “old girl” has Irish roots and I could listen to your brother, uncle, cousin, friend talk for hours. God bless and keep each of you close, as you begin the next step in your journey of life, here on earth. Hugs…

We have fond memories of John, with our aunt Kathleen and all the clan, visiting our home in Shroughan, down through the years. John was a gentleman, always cheerful and in a jovial mood, and would spend many a Sunday afternoon chatting to our parents. John and Kathleen were always a pleasure and entertaining to visit, and the cup of tea was always on the table. May John Rest in Peace.
