The service you had for Charlie yesterday was such a loving, warm and moving tribute to a wonderful man who I was privileged to call my Godfather.
Charlie touched the lives of so many with his kindness, humour and his ever present smile.His lifelong friendship with Dad was very special which spanned back to the 1940s & it was a friendship that Dad deeply treasured.

John was always such a kind and friendly person ,a pleasure to meet himself and Mary ,always together on their visits to Union Hall and Glandore. Their visits to Glandore must stretch back over 50 years when they stayed on a regular basis with my parents.
