So sorry to hear of John s passing. He was a lovely man. I used to meet him at the beach when he was moving the stones at the stream so the water could flow freely under the bridge. May he rest in peace.

So very sorry to hear of John’s passing. Such a lovely person and amazing maths teacher. Sincerest condolences to John’s wife and family. May John rest in peace.
John was such a lovely man who loved his subject Maths..he was an excellent educator who had an amazing capacity to engage his students . I think he single handedly alleviated the stigma of maths that so many irish adults grew up with. I loved listening to his travel stories..the games he brought in to reinforce the learning. Sincere sympathies to his wife family and friends.
