My deepest condolences to Noreen, Eoin, Paul and all The Crowley Family. I met Johnny on his first day of school at The Model (57/58). We have been lifelong friends ever since, growing up as part of the Greenfields mafia. We have stories never to be told.
I was with Johnny the first time he met Noreen and was delighted to be his Best Man at their wedding. Johnny was my "Go to" guy whenever I returned to Limerick. We had our morning coffees, with Seanie Mac and others at The Windmill and later at Willie Sextons. We were also known to have visited various establishments for our pints. I value his friendship will miss those get togethers, but his memory will live on.
