Condolences to Shane, Emma and all the extended Dollard Family on the passing of John. I was very sad to hear of the passing John. He was always a great character. Although I haven’t seen him in recent years, I have a lovely memory from childhood that has always stayed with me. One Christmas in Levalley when he was working on the farm we received a Meccano set we couldn’t make head nor tail of. John quietly took it away and arrived back the next day with a fully built, working digger. A small moment, but it said everything about him. May he rest in peace.
