What a gift if the gab John had. You’d Never know what he’d come out with next, but you could be sure you’d be entertained and left smiling. It’s no wonder this big hearted man left such a positive impression on so many he met. How great then, is this loss to his family. My condolences

Sorry to hear the sad news of John's passing. My late father Steve worked alongside John in the transport dept. in Premier Dairies Kimmage where I also worked as a mechanic. I remember John as a very fair employer with a big personality.

As a neighbour , he was as at home helping my father Seamus with some task - turning it into fun - as he was bringing a smile to my daughter Aoife when they met on the road. Every generation knew him as a special friend . His Spirit will live on in the lovely family you created together.
