So sorry that I cannot be there on Wednesday. High light of every trip home was a late night visit to John. The last late night conversation I had with him ranged from our shared family history ( he showed me some 100 year old pictures! ) on to Suncroft and Kildare Football and finished up on Waylon Jennings. Great conversationalist on every subject under the sun. So glad I got to see him in September. Deepest sympathy to Anne, Ciaran, Fionn, Ellen, Mary, Ollie, Patricia, Joan and all his extended family and friends.
