My deepest condolences to Johns wife and the Flanagan Family.
I met John when we were in the Fás training centre in cork when we were on our phase 2 block of our apprenticeship and also in CIT for our phase 4 block when we also shared accommodation together in Bishopstown.
I have great memories of craic and banter with John, a gentleman and a rogue in one and would help you in anyway he could,i was deeply saddened to hear this awful news.
