My deepest sympathy to the Gannon family on your tragic loss. Regrettably I had lost contact with John over the years. John saved my life in Newbridge, at school. I almost drowned while canoeing and he pulled me and my canoe to safety. I thanked him then and I thank him again now. May he rest in eternal peace.
