He was a steadfast and reliable presence in the centre and always willing to help. He talked fondly of his mother. John will be missed by many. May he rest in peace

Was so shocked and sad to hear the news of John's sudden death. My sincere sympathy to all of his family. I worked with John for many many years in Roselawn. He was one of the best . Even when I drove him crazy begging for 5 more mins to finish up while his lift waited outside or the many many times he helped me locate my lost keys ! ( in the skip on one occasion! ) John you were a legend. I hope.you are up there having a bet on a horse or two / watching the footie . Your infectious smile will be missed by many . Rest easy now x

Deepest condolences to John's family and friends. I worked beside John in Roselawn for the last year. He was always helpful and kind and made my working day a lot easier. I will miss our daily chats about music and bands we both loved.

He was without doubt the Captain of the Ship there and an integral part of the multidisciplinary team. No matter what kind of day you were having he would have you laughing with his dry humour. He was the friendly, helpful face of Roselawn and no one will ever be able to fill his shoes. He had an amazing sense of calmness and empathy and was always very helpful with anything that was asked of him. He had a great sense of humor. Deeply shocked and saddened at the news of John's sudden passing. I spent 4 great years working in Roselawn Health Centre and have nothing but fond memories working with John. His knowledge, commitment to work and ever calming personality with customers and colleagues alike made everyone's job so much easier, nothing was ever too much for John.
