From summer projects , youth clubs, camping trips and learning us how to swim you’ll always be fondly remembered Johnny.

Jonny will be remembered as the legendary king of dunard,he was one amazing man,he volunteered all his time to so many people,he gave us all some once in a lifetime memories,our trips to clara larla,skerries,dublin by night,our Saturday night's discos,he set up the rangers followed quickly by the tigers,our fantastic street parties and much much more,we couldn't say I'm bored because jonny kept us all interested in something,keeping from out of trouble,all while being the best dad to his children ,to all of the hanlon family who are devastated ,my deepest sympathy ,jonny will go down in history,he gave us all a childhood we'll never ever forget,JONNY WAS SOME MAN FOR ONE MAN.

What a man, what a gent what a legend! Johnny went above and beyond to make Dunard a super place for all of us kids. From the Tigers and The Rangers, swimming in St Joseph's school on Fridays, Dublin by Nights and the good old Dunard Discos. Johnny played such a huge part in everyone growing up in Dunard back in the day. RIP Johnny, rest easy. Condolences to all the Hanlon family xxx
