So very saddened to hear of John’s passing. I worked with him in London years ago, such a supportive manager and colleague. He became a dear friend, the best man to diffuse a situation, had a wicked sense of humor and was respected and loved by all. We had great times. Condolences to Roisin, Julie and his family.
Very sad to hear of John's passing. He was a good colleague and a lovely man. He was so proud of his daughter Róisin. Sincere condolences to the family. RIP John, you'll be missed

Deepest sympathy to Roisin & Julie & the Hannon family. We are all saddened to hear of Johns passing.
He was full of compassionate & had a heart of gold.
Such a proud dad, Roisin you were the apple of his eye. John's face beamed with joy when he spoke of you.
He was funny, mischievous & a gentle soul. Our paths crossed late in life for practical reasons & from there a friendship grew. I will treasure those memories always.

Rest in peace John 🙏
Deepest condolences to Lucy and the Hannon family.

John was a wonderful friend, always kind generous and fun. I enjoyed many adventures when we worked together in London, The Cygnets children's residential care unit, Leaving Care Team, nights out and trips abroad. John was an amazing social worker and family therapist, he was gifted in working with troubled teenagers.
Our condolences to John’s daughter Roisin and his wonder family and his many friends.
We will remember you always.

Many happy memories working with John in Depaul. Such a funny man and always up for the laughs on shift. And the most thoughtful person; working for the vulnerable and always thinking of others. So appreciative to have had you in my life for those few short years. Condolences to all of John's family, especially his daughter Róisin whom he spoke of so fondly. Fly high John
