JOHN HEGARTY

Dear Oona, David, Ellen and Morgan. There are no words to describe John's passing. What a knowledgeable (on many varied subjects), articulate, humorous person, that we had many fun times with. He was always the voice of reason and calm on the OD Boat when the rest of us were flapping under pressure. It will not be the same being on the water without him.

I was heartbroken to hear about John’s passing. He was such a gentle, kind soul, and it was truly a privilege to have worked alongside him. I've read all of the great things people have said and I echo all of them. He was an incredible person, brilliant with people, caring and loyal.
