I am so sorry John has gone. I worked with him in Angola for a couple of years and would see him for a couple of days every 2 months. He always had a very pleasant demeanour and uplifting spirit about him, regardless of whether life was going his way or not at the time. John was a genuine good guy and he left us way too soon. I wish I could have been there for you in your darkest hour, mate. You are very sadly missed. michaelking42@gmail.com
John was a sweet man with such a great temperament. He was patient and kind. I loved seeing him and talking to him at the park with Xander and Zorro. Each time I pass by the park, I expect to see him riding his bike and smiling. He had such a lovely smile. John, you are greatly missed, I am very sorry for your loss, Miran, Xander and the Horseman family
Our most heartfelt condolences. John was a wonderful friend to us. He was the one that encouraged my husband Peter to ask me on a date 20 years ago! John and I met at flight school in Van Nuys, CA where he was my flight instructor. God bless the day I met him. If it weren't for John I would not have completed my training nor would I have met the love of my life. His encouragement and support saved my life. Flying with him were some of the most special memories in my life. I shall cherish these memories forever. John was an exceptional helicopter pilot and was quite a natural at it. We have all lost someone we love in John - but the helicopter industry has lost a bright and talented member of the aviation global community. The loss is so great. Words still seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about John's death. We are here to support you in your grieving process. With sincere sympathy, always........
Very sorry to hear this news
All I remember is this kind man who was always so pleasant to the lost girl at Gordonstoun. I found him in the early 2000's and lost touch. I'm deeply saddened. Absent from the body, present with the Lord. Rest In Peace John. I'm sure you were welcomed with open hands. Until we meet again...Adieu. . .
Dear Miram, Xandar and Horsman family, I am so very sorry for your loss. John was my only relative in the USA. Albeit we are distant relatives, he and his family trecked down from up North to come visit us for a weekend. I was amazed by what aim involved father he was. Walking with xander on his shoulders, so proudly watching as he rode his bicycle. I loved listening to the stories he told of my our cousins whom I have never met. He spoke with such love, fondness and understanding of his family. So easy to talk to and spend time with because of his genuineness and sincerity. What an amazing man he was. I am so very sorry over his loss. Heaven gained an angel today. My deepest condolences go out to his family.
