I was so lucky to have walked with Ian at Derrynane. What a kind loving gentleman. Thank you Mo for introducing me to your uncle. May he rest in peace. So sad to hear of the death of Ian. He was my brother-in-law. He was a truly lovely, kind and caring man. He was highly intelligent, very well read, the best of fun and a very good tennis player. We had many good times together. Deepest sympathy to his son Robert, Marian, Dan and his loving niece Mo.
