To Mary, John, Christine, Philip and Gail, so desperately sorry to hear that Jack has passed away. I have lovely memories of him when we are all teenagers growing up and hanging out in Hazelwood. Such a lovely gentleman, in every sense of the word. Deepest and sincere sympathies to you all.
