To John's family , it was always a pleasure to be in John's company when he called to visit us at home, endless cups of tea , laughs and chats . He was always so proud of his family and was a great company to be with, we would never know when he would just show up at the door but as always so good to spend the time with him , as Eileen would have got to know him through Mick, Eogan , Rachel and Goretti . a beautiful soul may you rest easy John RIP . I worked as a cashier beside John in the bank for a couple of years. At an inter banks hurling match in the old Pairc Ui Chaoimh in the late 1970's, the referee was making some very questionable decisions and a group of us including John let him know vociferously that we disagreed. The ref approached our group of 5 inthe empty stands and asked for our names and our GAA clubs. When he got to John, he proudly replied John O'Shea from Young Munster RFC. Always Loyal. RIP John.
