What a man!

A great man, that has left a great legacy.

Fergus, Alan, Darrell, Hilary, Greg, Garrett, Sharon, Ronan and Corinne, you were all lucky to have him in your lives.

He was fun, a wonderful storyteller, a hard worker, a great dresser and a man full of knowledge.

My sincere sympathy to all the Scanlon family on the death of John. I recall his kindness, support and words of encouragement spoken to me on many occasions during my time in Confey, 2010-2019. John, along with his beloved Maura always had only positive words for me. I enjoyed meeting them at the Church and a few times in their home. May God welcome him to heaven and comfort all of you in your loss. Remembering you all in prayer.
