Our sincere condolences to Robbie, Ray, Deirdre, Pauline, Onora and extended Flynn family on Johnny’s passing. I have known Johnny since the early 1970’s when I joined the club. Remembering the commitment, attention to detail and community values that the Swan Club promoted from those early days, lead by Johnny, Paddy Boland and a host of other great mentors was a huge and positive influence on their young charges and gave me life lessons that I carry to this day. After I moved away, Johnny was always his kind self each time we would run into each other. His smile was infectious. A great man, may he rest in peace.
