I only got to know Johnny a year ago as he was across the corridor from my Dad, Tony, in Mowlam. He was one of the finest, kindest, most respectful and wonderful gentlemen I have ever had the pleasure to meet and I always enjoyed calling in to see and chat with Johnny.
Even when he was very sick he never failed to ask 'how's Tony' and 'how are you'.
Heaven has definitely gained an Angel. You will be forever missed. 🙏 🕯
