This is a blast from the past seeing Johnny. I would have known him as I lived in Ozanam St and he lived in Dominicks Place. He was a nice man and would stop and chat. I wouldn’t have seen him in 40 yrs, but when I saw his photo it made me smile. R.i.P Johnny.

Very sorry to hear this, John was a gentleman and a fellow Blues supporter, really enjoyed the chats with him and had the pleasure of seeing him again at a hospital appointment recently, he had hardly aged at all and was still battling on, with the same positive outlook. My sincerest syympaties to johns family ,i had met john not long ago through work ,what a man is all i can say .He was very funny and so lovely to talk to .I was taken aback with finding out his age he had me fooled 😀.He had me well versed on the routine when i called to cover some holidays that said he was a "good boss" john insisted i have a cup of tea before i even earned it .Thank you john for our time spent together ❤️.Rest in eternal peace ✨️📿
