We had the honor to meet John in New-Zealand back in 2013. He introduced us to each other and we have been together ever since (actually married since 2018). We know that this is one more beautiful mark that he left behind. We will forever remember and be grateful for having had the chance to meet such a beautiful soul. Rest in peace Johnny boy. All our love and prayers to his family.

John, John Boy- I'm not sure what to say. I'm heartbroken, as are so many.

Maeve, Liam, Linda, Keith and Glenn- thank you for making John who he was. I was very fortunate to spend many formative years by John's side in college, sharing a room in Hawaii and living and traveling together in New Zealand. John helped me become the person I am. He was truly the most fun person I have known- his energy unique, his passion and will so strong!

There are no words that can help you at this moment but please remember how truly amazing John was and how much he improved all the lives of those he met. The world is so much emptier without him. I am devastated for the loss of John.

I don't think I can make the funeral, a family member will be in my stead. I will come see you when I can get back home.
