Shocked and saddened to discover John has passed . My condolence to all his Family . I will miss our long phone calls !

We were very sorry to hear of John's passing. John was our neighbour a doors down in Rocwood. He was a gentleman, and a great neighbour. We really enjoyed our chats with him, usually about how beautiful his garden was looking. May he rest in peace

On behalf of the committee and members of the Royal British Legion, Irish Metropolitan Branch, I would like to extend sincere condolences to the family of John Jowett on his passing. John was a very valued member of our branch for a long number of years and for many of those years he was the branch Standard Bearer. As befits a former guardsman he carried out this role in an exemplary manner. His company was much sought after at our social functions and he will be greatly missed. May John rest in peace.
